• Handle all Inbound calls to assist patrons and the operations team with booking reservations pertaining to hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, limo reservations, and Solaire Online • Arrange all transportation requests, liaising directly with the Hotel Transportation and Concierge teams • Arrange all F&B requests, liaising directly with the Reservations and F&B Outlets • Own all requests and complaints; escalate and resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction • Ensure to know product and property information, up to but not limited to events, promotions SRC offers, room categories, food and beverage offerings, and the entertainment calendar Requirements • At least College level • At least 1 month guest service experience
