Ensure that reservations of the day match the dining set-up per table Respond to all guest inquiries received via email and SMS Taking guests food and drink orders according to operational standards, and up-selling whenever possible Print menus for the restaurant including special artwork requests from guests Ensure all promotional collaterals are up to date such as LED display, website, bill talkers and table talkers Can helpfully provide reservation details to service and culinary team Requirements Can contribute and recommend strategies to improve business performance Outstanding communication skills Can administer cashiering functions after completion of the training Can facilitate online deposits from guests using IPay88 Can confidently provide information on the restaurant promotions, menus and other offerings Promote specials through suggestive selling and cross selling Working knowledge of relevant available systems such as Microsoft, Birchstreet, Agylysis, Opentable, etc. Knowledge in F&B operations, Forbes Travel Guide standards and quality points.
