Non Financial Risk Working Student

• Support in the Operational fulfillment of non-financial risk management and controlling processes (identification, assessment control, monitoring and communication).
• Support in the maintenance of the systems for Key Risk Indicators Non-Financial Risk.
• Support in performing risk assessments related to New Products & Process/Structure changes
• Full compliance with NFRM processes (e.g. operational risk management processes, information and business resilience processes, internal controls system processes).
• Produce management reports
• Record, escalate and follow up the internal losses / incidents
• Support business areas in the ongoing implementation of measures

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree
• Study area - economics, business administration, risk, political studies, accounting, process or information technology or similar
• Ability to use Google Workspace/MS Office
• Basic knowledge of banking law and regulatory standards.
• Good written and spoken English language skills 
• Integrity, team oriented, solution oriented
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Clear communication skills & presentation skills.
• Ability to work accurately and independently while keeping the team spirit in mind.
