Position: Community Manager, Customer Service & Graphic Design Lead
Pay Range: $1000-$1,500 per month depending on experience
Key responsibilities include:
Fostering Community Engagement:
- Promptly, proactively, and thoroughly respond to comments, questions, and concerns within the membership community.
- Collaborate with the founder to address commonly asked questions with accurate and helpful responses.
Training Support:
- Develop templates, worksheets, and accompanying materials for live training.
- Manage announcements, recordings, and new video uploads for course + live calls.
Webinar and Training Facilitation:
- Schedule, announce, and moderate live webinars to market Catalyst Collective publicly. Guest Speaker Coordination:
- Schedule guest speakers every 6-8 weeks for community events.
Customer Onboarding Excellence:
- Provide support to customers who have issues accessing the courses and ensure seamless onboarding
Video Editing in CapCut:
- When most items are edited, it will be important to provide editing support for social media and marketing materials with the CapCut editing tool
Email Inbox Management
- Manage email inquiries related to tech support, affiliate or login issues.
Analytics:
- Track and analyze community metrics to evaluate engagement levels, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of community initiatives
Requirements:
- High expertise + proficiency in using Skool and similar community management platforms, ideally in the coaching industry.
- 3-5 years + experience in community management or related roles.
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong expertise in the CapCut video editing tool
- High level of empathy and ability to understand and address members' needs and concerns effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Self-directed and proactive. Must be able to identify opportunities and solutions without guidance.
- Quick learner who can grasp complex information and processes quickly.
- Passion for supporting entrepreneurs and fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
