  • Commission Structure: Highly performance-driven and tied directly to the momentum you build. You will earn commissions on:
    1. Qualified Appointments Set (meetings successfully booked and attended by a decision maker).
    2. Proposals Generated (prospects who submit a request for an estimate/proposal).
    3. Percentage of Closed Sales (a cut of the final invoice value once a deal you sourced wraps up).

We are an exciting, fast-growing franchise location specializing in high-demand, custom physical branding solutions. Our business operates a highly lucrative dual-threat catalog:

  1. The Team Sports Outlet: We partner directly with local youth leagues, private and public high schools, and sports associations to deliver custom team uniforms, high-quality athletic gear, and field equipment.
  2. The Imprint Brand: We partner with corporations, local businesses, and tradeshow exhibitors to provide custom promotional products—ranging from custom tradeshow canopies and banners to premium employee gifts, branded apparel, and client promotional kits.

As this is a brand-new franchise territory, our immediate goal is massive regional momentum. We are seeking a highly structured, self-motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Specialist in South Africa or LATAM  to act as our primary outreach engine.

This is not a high-pressure "consultative closing" sales role. Instead, you are the strategic "opener." Your primary mission is to compile highly accurate database lists of local decision-makers (athletic directors, league commissioners, business owners, marketing managers), initiate warm interest through structured cold email and phone campaigns, gather basic lead details, and schedule appointments or quote requests for the Franchise Owner to finalize.

Responsibilities

  • Youth Sports & School Sourcing: Research and compile highly accurate databases of local high school athletic directors, recreational youth sports leagues (soccer, baseball, football, basketball), and community associations.
  • Corporate Target Mapping: Identify local businesses and their relevant decision-makers in our territory that purchase corporate gifts, branded materials, and promotional apparel.
  • Data Verification: Use online directories, websites, LinkedIn, and social platforms to locate and verify direct emails and phone numbers for key decision-makers.
  • Cold Outreach Execution: Run structured daily email and cold call outreach campaigns to introduce our brands to potential buyers.
  • Value-Oriented Hooking: Position our capabilities to capture the prospect's attention.
  • No Hard Selling Required: Focus on identifying if there’s an opportunity where they are open to receiving a free quote or a competitive proposal.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Seamlessly book qualified consultations on the Franchise Owner’s calendar, ensuring leadership is fully prepared with the client's timeline, product interests, and contact information.
  • Quote Pipeline Fueling: Work with prospective clients to gather their specific artwork files, quantity requirements, and sizing needs to initiate the custom quoting process.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously log all outreach attempts, prospect notes, and scheduled appointments within our central database to ensure zero lead decay.
  • Proven Lead Gen Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound cold calling, database list building, or appointment setting (experience working with US companies is highly preferred).
  • Clear, Professional English: Outstanding written and verbal English communication. You must possess a highly professional, warm, and clear phone presence with a neutral/minimal accent to build rapid trust with US-based athletic directors and business executives.
  • Excellent Data Research Skills: Highly skilled in internet research, Google Sheets/Excel, and leveraging modern prospecting methods to locate hard-to-find contact information.
  • High Tech Literacy: Comfort utilizing cloud-based dialers, CRM databases, and automated email sequencing software.
  • Self-Driven Momentum Builder: You are highly structured and disciplined. You enjoy setting daily targets for list generation and outreach, executing them consistently with minimal supervision.
