Role Description & Responsibilities
The Performance Marketing Lead owns our paid acquisition function end-to-end. You will strategize, plan, execute, measure, and scale paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other high-intent channels while building the in-house reporting, creative testing, and budget models that guide how we invest our marketing dollars.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain budget models and forecasts, and present spend recommendations with supporting analysis to leadership
- Own conversion tracking, tag management, and attribution, and validate platform-reported performance against CRM and business data. All of this is already set up.
- Report regularly on spend, cost per lead, lead quality, ROAS, cost per booked call, and pipeline contribution by channel
- Plan and run structured creative testing programs; scale winning creative and retire underperformers
- Own landing page strategy, messaging, offers, and conversion rate optimization for paid traffic
- Monitor auction dynamics, competitive activity, and seasonality, and adjust plans accordingly
- Partner with sales to define lead qualification criteria and optimize campaigns toward qualified outcomes
- Evaluate and launch additional paid channels where supported by performance data
- Room to also lead Growth marketing, leading our social and organic strategy with the right candidate
