About the Role: This is a hands-on creative production and execution role for a specialist skilled in developing, editing, publishing, and engaging across social media and digital channels. Supporting a portfolio of ~14 social media accounts plus YouTube across personal and company brands, you will turn approved strategies, briefs, scripts, and recordings into polished, brand-aligned content. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you will combine design judgment, video editing, social fluency, and AI-assisted tools to keep our content production pipeline moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities This role owns creative content production, editing, multi-brand asset repurposing, social publishing, and community engagement.
Creative Production & Design
● Transform approved briefs, scripts, podcasts, and clinical recordings into finished creative deliverables across social, email, web, and course materials.
● Design social carousels, static graphics, Stories, Reels, thumbnails, lead magnets, landing page visuals, and educational PDFs.
● Edit long-form and short-form videos (podcasts, webinars, interviews, Q&As) while preserving clinical context, improving pacing, audio quality, captions, and motion graphics.
● Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and viral conversations to quickly adapt relevant creative opportunities for our brands.
● Repurpose core assets into platform-specific formats across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and email.
Publishing & Community Engagement
● Schedule and publish approved content across ~14 social media accounts plus YouTube (personal and company brands).
● Perform rigorous pre-publication quality checks on spelling, design, formatting, links, hashtags, and platform settings.
● Monitor comments and community activity; respond using approved brand guidelines and escalate clinical/patient concerns appropriately.
Production Workflow & AI Integration
● Manage multiple production streams and track assignments, deadlines, approvals, and publication dates in Asana.
● Maintain organized file structures, raw footage, project files, and final exports across Dropbox and Google Drive.
● Leverage approved AI tools (transcription, clipping, audio cleanup, background removal, resizing) to accelerate creative output and speed up turnaround times.
● Ensure 100% accuracy, clinical compliance, and confidentiality across all AI-assisted deliverables.
Qualifications Required
● Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in content production, graphic design, video editing, and social media execution.
● Video & Audio Editing: Proficiency in professional long-form editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and rapid short-form editing tools (CapCut, Descript).
● Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of Illustrator or vector design preferred.
● Social Publishing & Distribution: Experience scheduling and publishing via Statusbrew (or equivalent), Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio; familiarity with Repurpose.io.
● AI & Automation Tools: Practical experience using AI tools (OpusClip, Vizard, ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly) to optimize production workflows.
● Project & Asset Management: Proficiency in Asana, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
● Communication & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written English, and ability to follow clinical compliance and brand guidelines.
Preferred
● Industry Exposure: Experience producing content within health, wellness, medical, or clinical environments.
● Audio & Motion: Working knowledge of Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, Descript Studio Sound, or Adobe After Effects.
● Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with Zoom/Riverside for recording, and GoHighLevel for email/CRM assets.
