Duties and Responsibilities:

 

We’re building an exciting new affiliate community—and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the charge. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier affiliates, managing relationships, and building a vibrant, engaged ecosystem of partners that drives real results.

 

This role goes beyond typical affiliate operations—you’ll be the face and driving force behind our affiliate community. If you're a strong communicator, savvy in affiliate platforms, and thrive on building meaningful connections, we want to meet you.

 

• Source and Recruit Affiliates: Identify, reach out to, and onboard high-potential affiliates who align with our brand and goals.
• Manage Affiliate Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact—provide support, build trust, and help affiliates succeed with our program.
• Grow and Nurture the Community: Spearhead the development of an engaged affiliate network through platforms like Discord or other community hubs.
• Track Performance: Monitor affiliate activity, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to continuously improve program performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure affiliates have the tools, materials, and info they need.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accent is fine)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3-5+ years of related experience 

 

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing—this is non-negotiable. You’ve built or managed affiliate programs before.
• Comes in with a clear game plan and is comfortable teaching the team and leading the affiliate strategy.
• Strong background in affiliate sourcing, communication, and relationship management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Discord, or other community/affiliate tools.
• Comfortable exploring and recommending affiliate software, tools, or apps that support scaling and engagement.
• Self-starter, proactive, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch
• Background in e-commerce, creator/influencer networks, or community-building
