About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically curious Associate to support the buildout and execution of AI-powered advertising and campaign automation workflows.

 

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, generative AI, and marketing operations. You will help design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns while leveraging AI tools (including AWS Bedrock and large language models) to scale content creation, campaign testing, reporting, and optimization.

 

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytically strong, and excited about using AI systems to improve advertising performance, efficiency, and return on ad spend.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and support workflows using AWS Bedrock, LLMs, and AI tools to generate:
    • Ad copy and creative variants
    • Campaign concepts and testing frameworks
    • Landing page and product content
    • Performance reporting outputs
  • Develop prompt libraries, approval systems, and AI content QA workflows
  • Ensure AI-generated outputs are brand-safe, compliant, and performance-oriented
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across:
    • Amazon Ads
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
  • Support targeting, bidding, budget allocation, keywords, placements, and creative testing
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Track and analyze core marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, LTV, and margin impact
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks linking ad spend to business outcomes
  • Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement
  • Organize AI-generated advertising assets, campaign materials, and approvals
  • Maintain structured workflows for campaign execution and content publishing
  • Support landing page, product content, and messaging operations
  • Work with marketing, engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Help integrate advertising workflows with AWS services, APIs, CMS platforms, and data systems
  • Translate technical systems into actionable marketing outputs
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Document workflows, processes, prompt systems, and campaign playbooks
  • Continuously improve advertising systems and automation processes

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, ecommerce, marketing operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience with at least two platforms:
  • Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and ROI-driven decision-making
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation or workflow automation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical and marketing concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS experience or certification a plus)
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, or similar tools
  • Experience with marketing APIs, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), or ecommerce platforms
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript, or no-code tools)
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or AI workflow design
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail media, or B2B SaaS environments
  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, or marketing mix analysis
