The candidate should be able to work independently and follow directions.

Other main responsibilities include:

• Perform month, quarter, and year-end close processes and tasks, including the preparation of journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process

• Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month

• Process accounts receivable and payable

• Work with an accountant when necessary

• Handle monthly payroll using accounting software

• Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field

• CPA license a preferred plus

• Need to have a certification of English C2 (Advanced/Mastery) language knowledge test

• 3 or more years of bookkeeping experience

• Must know (at least 3 years) QuickBooks Online (we will not train!)

• QBO Pro-advisor certification is required

• Have solid knowledge of GAAP rules

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data extracts, etc.) and Power BI

• Must have a laptop or PC workstation with webcam and microphone

• Must have a reliable internet connection with internet speed at least 50mbps

• Suitable work environment at home and not at public area, such as coffee shop

• Background screening is required
