Role:  Client Success Partner (Operations & Customer Success)
Priority Location: South Africa / Latin America
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) US EST
Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,500 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational support partner to the founder.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Learn the BHI Software platform to confidently assist customers and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Investigate and resolve basic technical or automation-related problems before escalating when necessary.
  • Organize internal documentation, notes, SOPs, and business processes.
  • Coordinate operational tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist with onboarding customers and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Work alongside the sales team to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
  • Over time, assist with managing and coordinating a small team of virtual assistants.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties
 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Client Success, Operations, Executive Support, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Previous experience working within a SaaS or software company.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning technical software platforms and workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting automations or workflow tools (such as Make.com, Zapier, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Enjoys improving systems and creating structure in growing businesses.
 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting founders or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer success tools.
  • Experience documenting SOPs and operational processes.
  • Leadership experience or the ability to manage junior team members in the future.
