About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a warm, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative who is bilingual in English and Spanish and passionate about soccer. You’ll be the first line of contact for families enrolling their children in youth soccer clinics, ensuring a smooth, helpful, and enthusiastic experience. Your role supports growth by delivering reliable, friendly service and maintaining high standards of communication and efficiency.
Our client is a leading youth soccer organization that provides top-tier coaching for children ages 5–12. Following recent investment from a private equity firm, the business is scaling quickly and expanding its digital infrastructure to reach more families across the U.S.
Responsibilities

- →Manage customer issues related to class scheduling, registration, payments, and logistics
- →Use digital systems and CRMs to document and resolve support tickets
- →Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across customer interactions
- →Represent the brand with warmth, integrity, and enthusiasm for soccer
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service roles using phone, email, and CRM (hubspot) tools
- Comfortable with digital systems and virtual phone numbers (e.g. Google Voice, WhatsApp, or other VoIP platforms)
- A true passion for football/soccer and its impact on youth development
- Friendly, solutions-focused communicator who enjoys helping people
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting youth sports, education, or family-focused services
- Familiarity with U.S. geography and time zones
- Background in working with remote, multicultural teams
