About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer to take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and help us grow our brand and demand generation engine. This person will step into an existing setup, optimize what’s already in place, and build on it with smart strategy, strong execution, and a growth mindset.

We’re a fast-moving company that recently launched a new digital platform and is currently rebranding to unify multiple services under one house. This role will be central to supporting that evolution.

Responsibilities

• Launch and improve campaigns across relevant channels
• Develop and support digital strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support rebranding and new service positioning
• Improve and maintain marketing templates, standards, and workflows
• Contribute ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with creative resources on ad assets and campaign materials

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company
• Strong understanding of campaign management and optimization
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
• Bonus: fluent in both English and Spanish

• Google Analytics

• Reporting tools such as SEMRush, Reportei
• Canva
• Familiarity with digital campaign setup and optimization
