Our client is an exciting early-stage technology startup building infrastructure solutions for game server hosting across major gaming titles including Minecraft, Rust, and other large multiplayer platforms.
Founded by a highly technical entrepreneur, the company is currently focused on scaling brand awareness, building community traction, and driving product growth as they work toward product-market fit. The business operates lean and fast, with a startup mentality centered around ownership, speed, creativity, and experimentation.
The current team consists of the founder and an offshore Brand Strategist who will oversee the broader marketing function. As the company enters its next growth phase, they are looking for a highly initiative-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help establish a stronger online presence, build community engagement, and support creator partnerships within the gaming ecosystem.

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in startup environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine:
- Social media execution
- Content creation
- Community engagement
- Creator outreach
- Partnership management
- Digital growth initiatives
The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Strategist to build and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across social platforms and gaming communities.
This is not a highly corporate or siloed marketing role. The client is specifically looking for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action-oriented who can take ownership and help build marketing systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the company’s social media content calendar
- Create and publish engaging content across multiple digital platforms
- Develop social media campaigns aligned with the gaming community and target audience
- Research and engage with YouTubers, Twitch streamers, gaming creators, and influencers
- Manage outreach, sponsorship discussions, and creator partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Strategist on brand direction and campaign execution
- Monitor engagement, performance metrics, and audience growth
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels
- Assist with digital marketing strategy and campaign ideation
- Support SEO initiatives where applicable
- Stay current with gaming culture, online trends, creator ecosystems, and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience:

- Comfortable working full-time aligned to US business hours

- Basic SEO knowledge
- Graphic design, short-form video editing, or content creation skills
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience
