We are looking for a high-energy Dispatch & Inbound Sales Specialist to serve as the critical communication engine for a premium home services business. In this role, you will master the Triangle of Communication: anchoring the business, English-speaking customers, and Spanish-speaking service teams together.

This is not a cold-calling or long-cycle B2B sales position. It’s a dynamic combo role where you manage daily dispatch, handle customer inquiries, and convert warm, incoming calls from smart clients into concrete bookings. We aren't looking for a rigid script-reader—we are looking for a sharp, confident individual who can go outside the script, build genuine rapport, and use good discerning judgment.

This role dynamically balances Schedule Dispatching and Inbound Relationship Sales:

  • Convert Inbound Leads: Field high-volume inbound calls from homeowners, property managers, and personal assistants asking for quotes, pricing, and service information.
  • The "10-Minute Close": Use your natural conversational flow and confidence to build quick rapport, demonstrate value, pitch effectively, and secure the booking right then and there.
  • Upsell & Maximization: Actively look for opportunities to upsell additional services and cross-sell offerings to maximize the revenue value of every single interaction.
  • Relationship Building: Follow up and check in with former and existing customers to set up future appointments, establish recurring schedules, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Team Coordination (Spanish): Act as the primary point of contact for our service and cleaning teams. You will text, call, and coordinate schedules in Spanish to ensure teams can access properties and start jobs on time.
  • Client Updates (English): Keep customers smoothly updated regarding arrival times, job statuses, or any daily schedule adjustments so they always feel taken care of.
  • Problem Solving: Monitor active jobs, manage "multiple plates in the air," and use your brain to solve on-site scheduling issues on the fly.

Shift Optimization: As daytime service calls wrap up, the pace shifts to a focused administrative workflow. You will confirm final pricing, update CRM logs, organize data in Google Suite/Excel, and set the entire team up for absolute success the following day.

  • Bilingual Fluency (Strictly Required): Absolute professional-level, fluent spoken English to interface with high-end clients, and native/fluent Spanish for internal team coordination.
  • Smooth & Relatable Personality: You are naturally confident on the phone. You don't rely blindly on a script; you listen actively, understand the customer’s needs, and communicate with a polished, sharp, and friendly demeanor.
  • Customer Support & Sales-Lite Background: Solid background in customer support is required. Previous experience in B2C sales or booking environments is highly valued, but we are fully open to training a naturally talented communicator on our specific sales framework.
  • Logistics Mindset: You enjoy a fast-paced environment, can handle occasional pressure without dropping the ball, and can rapidly grasp geographical and scheduling needs (e.g., California/PST market nuances).

Location: 100% Remote. Open exclusively to top talent located across Latin America

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

The Weekend Rotation: Because this is a live service business, you must be open to participating in a weekend rotation system alongside 2–3 team members. This involves covering weekend shifts (including Sundays), paired with receiving dedicated half or full days off during the standard workweek to maintain a balanced schedule.
