Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Manage channel attribution models, providing comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting updates on core metrics (e.g., Open Rates, CTR, Revenue Per Recipient, and overall email-attributed revenue).

  • Testing Loops: Establish a permanent A/B testing framework across both flows and campaigns to continuously test hooks, content layouts, send times, and offer logic.

  • Ecosystem Alignment: Sync regularly with the wider E-commerce, Paid Media, and Retention teams to leverage creative wins from other channels and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Platform Mastery: Elite, hands-on proficiency with Klaviyo (or a comparable enterprise e-commerce ESP), including advanced flow builder setup, behavioral triggers, and transactional logic.

  • Industry Context: Prior experience managing retention channels within consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or parenting categories is highly preferred.

  • The "Full-Stack" Retention Mindset: Strong analytical ability to parse performance metrics, paired with the creative intuition required to judge high-performing design and ad copy.

  • Autonomy: Process-oriented operator who naturally takes the initiative, uncovers revenue leaks, and manages execution timelines seamlessly.

  • Revenue Expansion: Measurable lift in total channel-attributed revenue across both broadcast campaigns and automated flows.

  • List Monetization: Consistently increasing Revenue Per Recipient (RPR) while maintaining an optimal balance of list health and frequency.

  • Testing Velocity: Maintaining a continuous, documented roadmap of split-testing initiatives with clear historical logs of outcomes and learnings.
