We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Finance Operations Leader / Financial Controller to oversee and strengthen our financial operations, reporting infrastructure, and internal controls. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, lender confidence, and scalable financial systems as the business continues to grow.

The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic — capable of managing day-to-day financial oversight while building strong financial processes, KPI reporting structures, and integration accounting frameworks across the organization.

• →Lead and oversee the company’s financial operations and accounting infrastructure.
• →Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls, compliance processes, and reporting discipline.
• →Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
• →Develop and manage KPI dashboards and operational financial reporting for leadership visibility and decision-making.
• →Support lender and investor confidence through accurate reporting, financial transparency, and audit readiness.
• →Manage integration accounting and financial alignment across systems, entities, or acquisitions.
• →Improve and optimize financial workflows, systems, and operational efficiencies.
• →Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• →Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements.
• →Provide oversight and leadership to day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
• →Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• →Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, lenders, and financial partners as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CIMA/CA(SA) or equivalent preferred).
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Operations, or senior finance leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and operational finance.
• Experience building financial infrastructure and scalable reporting systems.
• Strong KPI reporting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with lenders, audits, or investor reporting environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
• Strong systems and process improvement mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred.
