Our client is a specialized investigations and asset recovery firm dedicated to reconnecting individuals and families with unclaimed assets across North America. Their work changes lives by helping rightful heirs recover funds ranging from thousands to millions of dollars through a highly ethical, compassionate, and time-sensitive process.
Our client is seeking an empathetic, emotionally intelligent professional to become the first point of contact for individuals who may be entitled to significant unclaimed assets.
This role combines relationship management, client education, and consultative sales. You'll be responsible for locating and engaging heirs, explaining a complex claims process with empathy and professionalism, and guiding them toward signing the necessary legal agreements.
Success in this role depends far more on emotional intelligence, communication skills, and trust-building ability than traditional sales experience. You'll receive extensive one-on-one training directly from the business owner, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional people skills who enjoys meaningful, high-impact work.
Every conversation has the potential to change someone's life.
Many individuals you'll contact have no idea they're entitled to an inheritance or financial recovery. Others may be learning difficult family news for the first time. Your ability to communicate with compassion, professionalism, and confidence directly impacts whether those individuals receive life-changing financial assets.
