About the Company:
Our client, is the owner and operator of a rapidly growing live-selling e-commerce business specializing in women’s fashion. The company operates through platforms such as TikTok Live and Whatnot, utilizing livestream commerce to drive sales, audience growth, and customer engagement.
The business currently operates out of an in-house streaming studio and a 3,000-square-foot warehouse located in Northwest Arkansas. Over the past 15 months, the company has experienced strong momentum within the live-selling space and continues to scale both its operational infrastructure and digital audience.
In addition to the core e-commerce business, the client is actively building a personal brand and educational community focused on live selling, entrepreneurship, and creator growth. This includes initiatives such as the “Live Selling Academy,” which serves as both a content platform and educational upsell community.
The current team includes warehouse staff, livestream hosts, and operational support, but the client still personally handles the majority of content ideation, recording, editing direction, posting, engagement, and overall brand execution himself.
The company is now seeking a highly capable Personal Brand Marketer who can help systematize and scale the content engine behind the business and personal brand.
About the Role:
This is a highly hands-on, creative, and execution-focused marketing role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments.
The Personal Brand Marketer will act as an all-in-one content and marketing operator responsible for helping our client scale his personal brand presence, educational content, and social media distribution across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who can independently manage content workflows from ideation to execution, while also bringing fresh creative ideas, strategic thinking, and operational consistency to the business.
This role is not limited to one specific marketing function. Instead, the client is looking for a versatile, digitally native marketer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats across content creation, editing, copywriting, repurposing, distribution, and audience engagement.
The successful candidate will help transform raw recordings, livestream clips, educational material, and long-form conversations into highly engaging short-form content, written posts, graphics, and distributed media assets across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and community channels.
The environment is highly entrepreneurial and relatively unstructured, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, self-managed, and excited about building systems rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recurring content capture sessions with the client
- Edit and repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and social content
- Create basic graphics and visual assets for social media and brand distribution
- Write engaging social copy, captions, and written content
- Distribute content across multiple social media platforms
- Repurpose video and audio content into written posts, clips, and educational assets
- Assist with content planning, content calendars, and growth strategy
- Help scale and organize the company’s personal brand content engine
- Operate independently while proactively suggesting ideas and improvements
- Support audience growth, engagement, and community-building initiatives
- Manage fast-moving content workflows with strong turnaround times
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in content marketing, personal branding, social media marketing, or creator support roles
- Strong understanding of modern short-form content and social media platforms
- Video editing skills and familiarity with short-form editing styles
- Comfortable creating basic graphic assets and social media visuals
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and adaptability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- Strong understanding of internet culture, audience engagement, and creator ecosystems
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting founders, creators, coaches, or personal brands is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Whatnot, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and creator communities preferred
