Production Architect (Construction Document Focused) - 19681

Our client, a custom single-family residential builder, is seeking an Architect to support the technical execution side of their projects.

This is a “back of house” production role focused heavily on creating high-quality construction documents (CDs) and 3D models—not client-facing design presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of producing accurate, build-ready documentation at a high volume.

The primary function of this role is to produce detailed construction documents and technical drawings that support residential builds from concept through execution.

  Develop and produce full sets of construction documents (CDs) for custom residential projects

  Build and maintain detailed Revit models for architectural plans

  Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical drawings

  Ensure all plans meet project specifications, building codes, and internal standards

  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between design and construction

  Maintain organized file structures and documentation standards

  Continuously refine workflows to improve speed and accuracy of production

• 5–8 years of professional experience in architecture or architectural drafting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• Strong proficiency in Revit (primary tool)

• Extensive experience producing construction documents (CDs)

• Strong 3D modeling capabilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage deadlines and adhere to project timelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong English communication skills

• Experience in single-family residential construction

• Familiarity with rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or InDesign

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Exposure to AI rendering tools (e.g., Enscape or similar platforms)

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-output production environment

• Full-time, remote position

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
