Experience: 3+ years of verifiable success in B2B sales, digital agency sales, high-ticket SaaS, or professional-services closing. Past experience selling directly to doctors, medical practices, corporate executives, or high-net-worth individuals is a massive advantage. (Candidates whose only experience is in fitness, B2C coaching, or info-products will not be considered).

Consultative English Fluency: Absolute verbal and written English mastery with a clear, professional, and neutral tone. You must be capable of matching the vocabulary, cadence, and prestige expected by medical surgeons.

The "High-Agency" Script Execution: Ability to naturally memorize, internalize, and deliver a structured sales script so it sounds entirely organic, empathetic, and authoritative.

Objection Mastery: Deep psychological resilience and the ability to navigate sophisticated corporate or financial objections smoothly without applying aggressive, low-brow high-pressure tactics.

Qualified Pipeline: A consistently full calendar of inbound appointments booked directly by our internal lead-generation and marketing infrastructure.

Elite Enablement: Comprehensive, end-to-end technical product training, script breakdowns, recorded call libraries, and continuous sales coaching.

Premium Commissions: An aggressive, uncapped commission architecture paid out on both setup fees and retainers.
