Founded by a visionary entrepreneur and co-developed with tennis legend Novak Djokovic, we are poised to disrupt the high-end wellness market.

​​​​​​Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales & Revenue Operations Lead to own and optimize the full sales process for our high-end wellness Pod. In this role, you will manage lead qualification, develop sales outreach strategies, implement automation and CRM systems, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with the CEO and co-founder, you will refine our sales approach, craft compelling sales collateral, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and lead qualification process for the Pod.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.

  • Implement and maintain CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp).

  • Design lead scoring models to prioritize the most promising opportunities.

  • Create engaging sales presentations, proposals, and collateral to support the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales strategies 

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in high-ticket B2B sales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales, revenue operations, or business development role, preferably in the wellness, biohacking, or luxury consumer goods space
  • Proven track record of successfully selling high-ticket ($50k+) B2B products or services
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and lead management/scoring
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights and optimize processes
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives - No Accent is crucial
  • Familiarity with the wellness, biohacking, and/or luxury consumer goods industries
  • Passion for innovative technology and a commitment to our mission of enhancing human performance and recovery
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wear multiple hats as needed
