Role: SDR / Administrative Assistant
Priority Location: South Africa & Latin America
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Mon - Fri) EST
Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)
Type of contract: Independent Contractor
Type of job: Remote
About The Role:
We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused SDR / Administrative Assistant who will play a critical role in our continued growth. This person will become the first point of contact for prospective patients who inquire about our services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every lead receives a fast, professional response, is properly qualified, scheduled for an evaluation, and receives an outstanding first impression of our Company.
This is not a cold-calling sales role.
Nearly all of your conversations will be with individuals who have already expressed interest after seeing our marketing through Facebook, Instagram, Google, community events, or referrals. These people are actively looking for help—you'll guide them through a structured discovery process, answer their questions, overcome common objections, schedule their evaluation, and collect their initial deposit. Beyond sales, you'll also support the administrative side of our patient acquisition process by maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring no prospective patient falls through the cracks.
You'll work directly with the clinic owner and receive hands-on training in our proven discovery process, sales scripts, objection handling, and patient experience philosophy. Within approximately four weeks, you'll be expected to confidently manage the majority of our inbound lead flow independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on phone conversations, and wants to become a key contributor to a growing healthcare business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Guide prospects through a structured discovery process to evaluate their pain points, goals, past treatments, and overall fit for our clinic using our proven script.
- Execute consistent outreach (calls and SMS) to warm leads and older opportunities to re-engage prospective patients who don't book right away.
Scheduling & Payment Collection
- Coordinate and book qualified prospects for initial evaluations, confirming details, collecting intake info, and setting clear expectations.
- Confidently explain pricing, address objections, and collect a 50% deposit for initial evaluation offers during the booking process.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage the GoHighLevel CRM by creating patient records, logging call notes, updating statuses, and setting follow-up reminders to ensure no leads are lost.
Administrative & Clinic Support
- Assist with rescheduling patients, sending appointment confirmations, and keeping clinic schedules organized.
- Support the clinic owner with daily administrative duties, patient documentation, and ongoing process improvements.

- Experience in cash-pay healthcare, physical therapy, chiropractic, medical practices, sports performance, fitness, or wellness clinics is a strong plus.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with SMS communication platforms and payment processing systems for collecting deposits over the phone.
