Senior Motion Graphics Designer and Editor (PH) - 16538

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit long-form and short-form YouTube content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Translate complex financial concepts and scripts into compelling, high-retention visual narratives.
• Identify moments that need visual amplification such as graphs, number callouts, and conceptual animations.
• Proactively pitch and develop creative ideas and visual suggestions that enhance script narratives and streamline the content creation process.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and internal editors to maintain the same New Money YouTube channel quality standards.
• Manage project deadlines and deliver consistent, polished output on a demanding production schedule.
• Ensure video pacing and visual storytelling are optimized for high viewer retention and engagement metrics on YouTube.
• Work autonomously to execute designs and edits with minimal supervision or direction.

What you Bring:

• Senior-level experience in motion graphics with an After Effects focus.
• Strong video editing capabilities and clear storytelling instincts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in video editing, especially with motion graphics.
• Familiarity with YouTube pacing, retention strategies, and visual style conventions.
• A proactive nature and ability to work autonomously and propose creative solutions.
• High general intelligence and the ability to simplify complex topics and visually represent them.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for your craft as a motion designer and editor.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience working with finance content is nice to have but not required.
• Experience with storytelling techniques that simplify complex subjects.
• Experience producing content aimed specifically at YouTube audiences.

Tech Stack:

• Adobe After Effects (primary requirement)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but flexible)
• Other standard motion and editing tools as needed
• Must have own software licences
