Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This position requires hands-on experience with CNC lathes and the ability to write G-code and M-code programs manually (long-hand). The ideal candidate will have experience working with both Fanuc and Okuma Windows-based controls, and will be capable of creating efficient and accurate CNC programs without the aid of automated CAM systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of CNC programming experience.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code syntax.
- Hands-on experience with both Fanuc and Okuma CNC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience programming without the use of CAD/CAM software (manual long-hand
- programming required).
Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation
$ 1,500 - $ 2,900 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
