  • Briefing & Scripting: Translate winning frameworks into highly detailed, crystal-clear creator briefs, scripting guidelines, and performance guardlines.

  • Sourcing & Onboarding: Source, hire, onboard, and manage multiple remote UGC creators once high-converting formats are validated.

  • Systems Building: Construct repeatable operational workflows for scaling successful concepts, maintaining structured databases of creative tests, learnings, and assets.

  • Mobile App Track Record: MANDATORY previous experience strategizing or managing performance-driven UGC campaigns specifically for consumer mobile applications.

  • Performance Marketing Fluency: Strong operational understanding of mobile app growth marketing, paid social creative optimization, and the mechanics of user acquisition (UA).

  • Hook & Retention Mechanics: Deep, native understanding of TikTok-style short-form content pacing, conversion-focused creative structures, and user psychology.

  • Talent Coordination: Proven experience sourcing, managing, and directing external UGC creators or influencers.

  • Ecosystem Requirements: Candidates must either reside in the United States OR have access to a reliable US VPN with a flawless understanding of the US consumer market and cultural landscape.

  • Direct experience working with subscription-based mobile apps or high-volume consumer tech products.

  • Hands-on familiarity with rigorous creative testing frameworks, platform ad libraries, and advanced creator sourcing software.

  • Experience operating successfully within lean, fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.

  • This is not a role for random content production or lifestyle vlogging. We are looking for an analytical, strategic system builder who treats creative output as a performance science.
