As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter at Sonar, you won’t just be filling seats - you’ll be the architect of our revenue engine. We operate in a high-velocity environment where "pace" isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our default setting. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll be working from our Austin, TX headquarters, a busy GTM hub, where you'll be the local Talent expert and SME for our Revenue leaders. 

• 5 years+ experience in Recruitment: You should have a proven background in recruitment, with the majority spent in-house. Agency experience is greatly appreciated, though you should have a strong understanding of how to navigate the internal recruiting world.

• GTM Recruiting experience: You must have a solid grasp of the GTM landscape; you should understand how Sales people operate, what makes them tick. 

• Revenue Fluency: You speak the language of sales. You understand quotas, territories, and what makes a "top 1%" AE or Sales Engineer.

• Relationship Building: The ability to push back on hiring managers when necessary and provide expert guidance on the talent landscape.

• Adaptability: The agility to pivot priorities as the business evolves, maintaining a cool head under pressure.
