We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Intern with an interest in administrative and financial routines to support operational activities, internal controls, and area processes, contributing to demand organization and decision-making support.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for tracking information and KPIs;
- →Assist with financial closing processes and budget monitoring;
- →Open, request, and follow up on payment processes, ensuring organization and compliance with deadlines;
- →Support supplier registration and the updating of administrative information;
- →Organize controls, spreadsheets, documents, and internal workflows;
- →Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and follow-up materials;
- →Support data consolidation and analysis for administrative routines;
- →Interface with different internal departments and suppliers;
- →Participate in meetings and operational follow-ups.
Requirements
~1 min read- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
- Basic knowledge of presentation, organization, and information analysis tools;
- Familiarity with AI tools will be considered a plus;
- Ability to manage controls, deadlines, and process follow-ups;
- Interest in the digital and corporate environment.
- Previous experience with administrative or financial routines;
- Experience with budget controls, payments, or internal processes;
- Familiarity with analytical tools and dashboards;
- Knowledge of internal systems and administrative processes;
- Experience in corporate environments interacting with multiple departments.
