This is a key role of the newly established Asia Repertoire team, focusing marketing and promotion of SMEs frontline Taiwan/Hongkong artists/music to mainland Chinese audience.  

The Frontline Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for TWN and HKGs RO teams for their frontline artists and new releases in Mainland Chinese audience 

This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through innovative marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels. 

 

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning 

  • Develop marketing strategies for new releases, ensuring alignment with artist positioning and business objectives. 
  • Create integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms. 

Execution & Coordination 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with TWN & HKGs RO teams (A&R, digital, sales) and external partners (DSPs, media agencies). 

Digital & Social Media Marketing 

  • Drive artist visibility through social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising. 
  • Optimize content for engagement and conversion across platforms. 

Data Analysis & Reporting 

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. 

Fan Engagement & Community Building 

  • Develop fan engagement strategies, including contests, live events, and exclusive content. 
  • Support artist branding and long-term fan loyalty. 

Budget Management 

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. 
  • Design the workflow for pushing Asia Repertoires frontline releases across dsp and social platforms 
  • Pushing our Asia Repertoires artists to more media outlets of mainland China, including TV shows/award ceremonies/fashion events, etc. working with both traditional and alternative media partners for our artists in album cycle.  
  • Work with various social platforms to generate maximum exposure for our frontline artists and releases.  
  • Work with catalog team to create joint campaigns that benefit both frontline and catalog content. 
  • Work with product team to create best physical release strategy. 
  • Any other responsibilities or works to be assigned by the superior or the Company. 

 

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant working experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in music and entertaining business with similar marketing and promotional role for artists. 
  • Very familiar with Chinese media scene. 
  • Excellent social media skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude. 
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns. 
  • Digital Expertise: Knowledge of social media, SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing. 
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) 

  • Streaming Growth: % increase in streams for new releases. 
  • Engagement Metrics: Social media engagement, follower growth, and fan interaction. 
  • Revenue Targets: Achieve sales and streaming revenue goals for frontline releases. 
  • Campaign ROI: Return on investment for marketing campaigns.
