As the Outbound Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute end-to-end outbound marketing campaigns for SMEK’s growing roster of domestic and owned artists.
Artists choose Sony Music to leverage the extensive network and build opportunities for growth and recognition outside of Korea. At a time when the eyes of the world are on Korea, it is essential to show our strength in promoting our artists while preserving their core identity.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and execute end-to-end outbound marketing campaigns for artists, collaborating closely with label partners and cross-functional teams including commercial, digital, DSP, press, radio, and commerce in alignment with management’s creative direction and release priorities.
- →Collaborate with global partners and regional teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns, ensuring clear and timely communication across time zones and cultural contexts to drive seamless execution.
- →Serve as the primary liaison between management, labels, internal & regional teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment on global timelines, and culturally relevant execution across all initiatives.
- →Provide strategic input on adapting global creative and content initiatives for international audiences, while preserving each artist’s core identity.

- →Monitor digital trends and analyze global fan behavior to inform content strategy and drive community growth.
Technical Capabilities:
- Fluent in Korean and English.
- 7+ years of experience in music marketing ideally within a major label, talent management firm, or agency, with a proven track record of leading global artist campaigns, including cross-border releases.
- Data analysis skills.
