Restaurant IT Technician

This position requires travel. Must be willing to work out of town. Our company covers East Texas- Lufkin and all between towards DFW and up North to Paris and all of Corpus Christi to the Valley in our border towns.

Must have reliable transportation, pass a criminal background check, obtain a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

This position performs maintenance and hardware installations characterized by, but not limited to, the following activities and responsibilities:

• →Maintain POS hardware and software systems, with phone and on-site support.
• →Install BOH PC system, and troubleshoot, when necessary, in conjunction with help desk.
• →Install and maintain security camera systems.
• →Install and maintain drive-thru timer system, loop sensors and headset communication system.
• →Install interior & exterior digital menu boards.
• →Performs routine hardware and software upgrades when necessary.
• →Install and troubleshoot alarm system hardware when necessary.
• →Install and maintain kiosk order systems.
• →Install and maintain kitchen display system (KDS)
• →Install and maintain credit card machines.
