Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and streamline the overall operations of our multidisciplinary architecture, design, and real estate organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, business growth, team leadership, and organisational efficiency across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
• Lead and manage day-to-day business operations across architecture, interior design, project management, and real estate verticals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s longterm vision and growth objectives.
• Establish systems, processes, and performance metrics to improve productivity and efficiency. Financial Management
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, forecasting, and profitability.
• Monitor project financials and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Work closely with leadership to drive sustainable business growth and financial performance.

Human Resource & Team Management
• Lead organisational development and workforce planning.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments. Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
• Support high-value client acquisition and relationship management.
• Contribute to business planning, growth initiatives, and organizational scaling.

Real Estate & Project Oversight
• Provide strategic guidance on real estate development, project feasibility, investment opportunities, and execution planning.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Understand market trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key representative of the organization with clients, consultants, investors, vendors, and industry partners.
• Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making and corporate governance.

Candidate Profile Essential Requirements
• Age: Below 45 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of leadership experience in architecture, real estate, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of business operations, finance, project management, and organizational leadership.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Outstanding people management and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with architecture, design, construction, or real estate organizations.
• Exposure to international business practices and global project environments.
• Strong network within the real estate and development ecosystem.
• Ability to lead organizational transformation and business expansion initiatives.
