Accountant

• →Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• →Support inventory, fixed assets, cost accounting, or other specialized areas as assigned
• →Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual divisional balance sheet reconciliations
• →Collaborate with accounting staff to foster a supportive work environment
• →Work closely with stakeholders in Tax, FP&A, Financial Reporting, and other business units to build and implement solutions that ensure seamless operations
• →Collaborate with auditors to provide accurate and timely submission of requested documentation
• →Perform ad hoc duties and analysis as assigned by management
• →Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and internal controls
• →Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or other business discipline
• CPA license or equivalent
• “Run it like you own it” mentality with the ability to thrive in a high paced, ever-changing environment
• Deadline focused and loves being in the office working face-to-face with teams
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Excel
• Ability to collaborate, guide junior staff, and contribute to team development
• Familiarity with SQL
• Understanding of US GAAP

• Willingness to work long hours and weekend when needed to meet critical deadlines
• This position is based in Hawthorne, CA and requires being onsite - remote work not considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range:
Level 1: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00
Level 2: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
