We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact.

Responsibilities

→Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer
→Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites
→Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires
→Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires
→Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience
→Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions
→Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed
→Work collaboratively with other team members to actively source new development resources as needed based on requests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers
→Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity

Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding
Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks
Ability to learn quickly on the job and work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgency to get things done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus

This is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Bastrop, TX area
Position occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
