We are a tight-knit large format graphics studio serving clients across the Atlanta metro, and we are looking for a Lead Installer who takes real ownership of every job from the first site survey to the final photo. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough site surveys to verify measurements, assess surfaces, and identify potential issues before materials arrive
→
Install high quality graphics on diverse surfaces including walls, windows, floors, ceilings, dimensional letters, and small signage
→
Execute full and partial commercial vehicle wraps using proper cutting, heat application, and adhesion techniques (strong wrap experience is essential)
→
Serve as the professional, client-facing representative on every job — communicating clearly, managing expectations, solving issues on the spot, and ensuring clients are thrilled with the finished result
→
Document completed work with photos and deliver thorough job closeouts
→
Support the production team when not in the field, including taping, weeding, masking, and order fulfillment
→
Collaborate with the team on complex jobs to review details, timelines, and installation requirements

Requirements

2 or more years of hands-on large format graphics installation experience with solid proficiency in vehicle wraps, wall murals, window film, and vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, and similar materials)
Strong skills in vinyl production processes including taping, weeding, and masking
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a job from start to finish, anticipate problems, and solve them independently
Professional presence and strong communication skills with the ability to represent a customer-first approach on every site visit
Physical ability to handle the demands of indoor and outdoor work including lifting up to 30 pounds
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
