We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Conference Services Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. This role works closely with the Conference Services Manager to coordinate space, catering, and equipment needs while maintaining a professional and well-organized environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for office and conference services
- →Assist in setting up conference rooms, including beverages and catered food
- →Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings
- →Ensure all meeting space, food, equipment, and service requests are executed smoothly
- →Maintain cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms and visiting offices
- →Stock rooms with supplies (pads, pens, directories, etc.)
- →Monitor and maintain break rooms, pantry areas, and catering spaces daily
- →Restock supplies in the pantry, The Hub, and kitchen areas
- →Prepare and manage beverage stations
- →Assist with inventory monitoring and supply ordering for food service areas
- →Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
- →Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and attorneys
- →Follow company policies and procedures while using resources responsibly
- →Support additional tasks as assigned
Requirements

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in office services, hospitality, or conference services preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items (e.g., catering trays, supplies) as needed
- Comfortable performing light cleaning and setup duties
