Campaign Planning & Execution
▸ Plan and execute a weekly calendar of offline activation events across high-footfall locations — apartment complexes, tech parks, corporate campuses, community fairs, and weekend markets.
▸ Scout new venues proactively and build a robust pipeline of activity locations for the month.
▸ Coordinate all on-ground logistics including stall setup, collateral, staffing, and tech requirements to ensure smooth event operations.
▸ Design engaging activity formats (lucky draws, investment calculators, quiz booths, etc.) that attract passersby and encourage meaningful conversations.

Access & Permissions
▸ Independently negotiate and secure entry permissions from RWAs, facility managers, HR teams, and event organisers at high-density locations.
▸ Maintain a living database of contacts at key venues to enable quick re-activation and recurring access.
▸ Develop relationships with local event aggregators, community groups, and corporates to unlock exclusive marketing opportunities.

Lead Generation & Handover
▸ Capture qualified leads at every activity through structured data collection (name, contact, investment intent, investable amount).
▸ Ensure timely and accurate CRM entry of leads post-activity with all relevant context for the sales team.

▸ Brief the inside sales team on lead context and activity insights to maximise conversion rates.
▸ Track lead-to-conversion funnel and proactively close feedback loops with the sales team to improve lead quality.

Vendor & Creative Management
▸ Manage a trusted network of local vendors for printing, fabrication, standees, banners, branded merchandise, and event supplies.
▸ Coordinate with the design team to brief and produce creatives on time; independently manage last-mile printing and material delivery to activity sites.
▸ Negotiate vendor pricing to ensure activity budgets are optimised and ROI is maximised.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
▸ Maintain a weekly activity report covering events conducted, footfall, leads generated, costs incurred, and estimated ROI.
▸ Analyse activity performance data to identify best-performing formats, locations, and time slots —and double down on what works.
▸ Share on-ground insights with the marketing team to improve messaging, collateral, and brand positioning.

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, field activations, BTL marketing, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of independently running activations at residential societies, corporate parks, or public events.
  • Strong on-ground negotiation skills — you know how to get a yes from gatekeepers and facility managers.
  • Solid local vendor network for printing, fabrication, and event supplies with ability to turn around material quickly.
  • Experience in lead generation with structured data capture and handover processes
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting for activity tracking.
