Technical Operations Specialist - Mobile App Program

• →Support execution and optimization of mobile app install campaigns
• →Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights
• →Write and run SQL queries to investigate trends and performance issues
• →Leverage modern tools to streamline analysis, reporting, and workflows
• →Conduct hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of campaign setups
• →Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, product, and engineering teams
• →Coordinate with external partners such as MMPs and ad networks
• →Ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting
• →Proactively follow up on deliverables and drive projects forward
• →Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Proficiency in SQL or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Comfort using modern tools (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, Excel, scripting tools) to improve productivity
• Ability to write and iterate on queries, scripts, or lightweight code with tool support
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills with a habit of asking clarifying questions
• Ability to manage tasks independently and move quickly
