Automation QA Lead (ID: 3673)

As a Automation QA Lead, you will: Develop and manage detailed test plans aligned with program requirements and timelines. Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related communication and alignment. Oversee test execution (SIT/BAT), ensuring proper coverage, quality, and adherence to scope. Monitor defect tracking, resolution, and reporting while escalating risks and issues proactively. Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings during testing phases. Ensure proper documentation of test plans, cases, results, and provide clear progress reporting. Contribute to go/no-go decisions and manage risks with mitigation strategies. What You Bring to the Table: 6-8 years of experience in testing/QA with strong exposure to test management. Solid understanding of testing methodologies and full test lifecycle management. Extensive experience in SIT and BAT phases within large-scale programs. Proven ability to manage multiple parallel testing initiatives. Hands-on experience with defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Lead end-to-end testing activities with ownership and accountability. Align and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure high-quality deliverables under tight timelines in complex environments. Make informed decisions and drive testing strategies independently.
