Functional Test Lead (ID: 2719)

As a Functional Test Lead, you will: Lead and coordinate testing activities within the BSS (Business Support Systems) domain. Develop comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans tailored to specific project requirements. Compile detailed reports and graphs on the status of testing, to be shared with both business and IT stakeholders. Present test results and findings to business stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are understood and met. Utilize automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Conduct and manage test exit meetings, ensuring all issues are resolved and providing clear documentation. What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role, with at least 3-5 years in the BSS domain. Proven expertise in developing and executing test strategies and test plans for complex systems. Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Experience with testing tools such as Jira and X-Ray. Ability to analyze and interpret test results, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing and leading testing efforts in an Agile or Scrum environment. Proficiency in utilizing automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage You should possess the ability to: Effectively lead testing teams and manage testing activities from start to finish.
