As a Mendix Advanced Developer, you will: Lead and spearhead end-to-end application development using the Mendix low-code platform. Ensure development output aligns precisely with architectural and design blueprints. Translate high-level architectural designs into clear, actionable development tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Mendix application stack. Maintain code quality, performance, and integrity throughout the application lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Mendix Experts and solution architects to deliver scalable solutions. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of overall application development experience, with strong focus on Mendix platform development. Advanced-level expertise in Mendix tools, components, and best practices. Proven experience leading development efforts in enterprise or large-scale projects. Strong hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and quality assurance. Solid understanding of application architecture and design principles within a low-code environment. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support developers at different proficiency levels. You should possess the ability to: Drive development activities while ensuring alignment with architectural vision and design standards. Independently handle complex development challenges and guide teams toward solutions. Maintain high standards of code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
