Senior Manual Test Analyst - Retail Systems & POS (ID:3725)

As a Senior Manual Test Analyst – Retail Systems & POS, you will: Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on business and functional requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate end-to-end retail workflows including billing, inventory management, promotions, and transactions. Test Point of Sale (POS) systems, covering payments, refunds, receipts, and device interactions. Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using defect management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. Ensure application quality through thorough validation of retail systems and workflows. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in manual testing with a strong focus on retail and POS systems. Solid expertise in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing methodologies. Hands-on experience in testing retail applications, including billing, inventory, and transaction workflows. Experience testing POS environments, including payment systems and peripheral device interactions. Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management and testing best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. You should possess the ability to: Translate business requirements into comprehensive and effective test scenarios. Identify edge cases and ensure complete coverage of retail workflows. Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable defect reports. Work collaboratively in cross-functional and Agile environments. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality standards. Adapt quickly to evolving retail technologies and business needs.
