As a TIBCO Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x Build and implement RESTful and SOAP-based web service APIs (XML, JSON) Develop and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS 8.x Work with adapters such as File Adapter and ADB Adapter for system integrations Translate business requirements into scalable TIBCO-based interfaces Monitor and manage applications using TIBCO Administrator and HAWK Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration Ensure adherence to SOA principles and integration best practices Support deployment, testing, and production stability of TIBCO solutions What You Bring to the Table: 6+ years of hands-on experience in TIBCO development Strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x Experience working with TIBCO EMS 8.x for messaging solutions Solid understanding of SOA and web services architecture Hands-on experience in REST and SOAP API development (XML/JSON) Experience with TIBCO Administrator and HAWK for monitoring Familiarity with File Adapter and ADB Adapter integrations Strong debugging and performance tuning skills in integration environments Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns Ability to work in complex, distributed system environments You should possess the ability to: Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical integration solutions Design scalable and reusable TIBCO interfaces Handle end-to-end API lifecycle (design, development, deployment, maintenance) Troubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems Work with messaging systems and ensure reliable data exchange Optimize performance of TIBCO-based applications Manage deployments and configurations in TIBCO environments Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and business teams Maintain high-quality documentation for integrations and workflows Adapt quickly to changing technical and business requirements What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-level integration projects Exposure to complex SOA and messaging-based architectures Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Challenging projects involving API and system integrations Scope to enhance expertise in TIBCO suite and middleware technologies Stable and structured development environment with best practices Opportunity to work on scalable and high-performance systems Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
