Responsibilities

→Partner with senior team members on pitching liability solutions in addition to developing new client relationships and helping to maintain existing ones
→Maintain open dialogue with team members and provide ongoing client support
→Work closely with:
- →Reinsurance pricing/deal teams, and the firm’s insurance business to evaluate and execute reinsurance transactions as well as understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline, and overall market dynamics
- →Senior team members to help pursue new business opportunities
- →Finance/Operations/Compliance/Legal professionals for ongoing client communications and requests
→Create and update product pitch materials and conduct any ad-hoc analyses
→Manage and address client-specific follow-up requests and projects
→Participate in live transactions and be involved in the client management process
→Support in the origination and execution of (re)insurance co-investment vehicles and other insurance capital solutions
→Conduct financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities and existing business trends
→Assist with the administration of transaction processes

Proven ability to manage demands of multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail
Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
Interest in reinsurance, product development, and insurance capital solutions
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read information/situations from varying perspectives and tailor messages to suit different audiences
Meticulous organization skills with an emphasis on strong attention to detail
Technical and aesthetic mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
Content driven with the ability to communicate complex and nuanced topics to a wide range of audiences
Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions and ideas effectively to cross-divisional teams including senior management
Strong relationship development skills, including remotely, with global teams and with individuals of whom work is being requested
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever necessaryAdaptable and flexible, able to navigate shifting priorities

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range

$85,000—$130,000 USD
