POSITION SUMMARY

The Infrastructure Team seeks to recruit an experienced investment professional at the Associate level for our Sydney office. This role will focus primarily on Australia and New Zealand markets while being integrated within KKR's broader Asia Infrastructure platform.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Transaction execution: the successful candidate will support transaction execution, across due diligence, negotiation, structuring and closing.
• Asset management: the successful candidate will support asset management activities related to KKR infrastructure portfolio companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Investment banking experience of 2+ years (university graduating class of 2022 or 2023)
• Experience working in Infrastructure or Industrials sector teams preferred; ideal candidate will have experience working across both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling skills required
