• →Managing the workflow of custom Direct to Film orders
• →Daily supervision of up to 15 Production Techs
• →Edit timecards, other administration tasks as needed
• →Aid in completion of annual evaluations
• →Conduct disciplinary actions/discussions as needed
• →Ensure productivity and quality goals are met for department
• →Able to handle high order volume with a quick turnaround time including same day service
• →Troubleshoot machine issues and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain production efficiency
• →Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands and critical deadlines
• →Update and implement new processes in department
