As a Starbucks digital product manager, Delivery, you will play a key role in influencing how customers experience the Starbucks brand beyond the walls of our coffeehouses. You will manage key aspects of Starbucks Delivery to enable growth and innovation in one of Starbucks’ fastest growing businesses. As a digital product manager, Delivery, you will… * Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify and prioritize areas for optimization * Manage and streamline processes to ensure smooth business operations end-to-end * Support discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment and business casing * Define, document and validate requirements for features and enhancements * Collaborate with Operations to optimize Delivery order fulfillment in our coffeehouses We’d love to hear from people with: * 3+ years prior work experience in brand management, program management, digital product management, and/or operations * Experience working with external partners, including strong prioritization skills to balance partner asks with internal constraints and priorities * Ability to manage day-to-day operations, escalations, and partner requests while maintaining a long-term product vision * Ability to manage multiple initiatives, tests, and partner requests in parallel * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficient in data-informed decision-making and comfortable using metrics to evaluate impact and tradeoffs * Curious, highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership and accountability As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
