Director of Outlets

Description

As the Director of Food & Beverage Outlets, you will oversee the front-of-house staff and operations of our full-service Restaurants and Bars and In Room Dining ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this leadership role requires a dynamic individual who excels in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development.  

Requirements

· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates,   and vendors.

· Ability to assist with the design   and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.

· Ability to accurately report information. 

· Ability to assist with various accounting department tasks as needed.

· Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.

· Attend required meetings.

· Ability to guide, mentor and lead Supervisors and Line level employees

· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft and Adobe applications such as Word, Excel, powerpoint
