As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of digital (and occasionally offline) media campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly, deliver effectively, and are properly tracked and reported. You will work closely with agencies and vendors, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to ongoing optimizations and operational processes.
- Coordinating with vendors for digital campaign setup and execution
- Build and maintain campaign reporting & digital dashboards
- Coordinate with agencies on briefs, assets, and campaign requirements
- Support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns (performance monitoring, basic optimizations, creative performance checks)
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper delivery and troubleshoot issues
- Support operational procedures (invoicing, PO issue, vendor agreements etc.)
- Support broader media reporting and coordination tasks (including offline media) when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Media Planning or Media Buying (experience within a Media Agency is highly preferred), with expertise on digital media
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Good understanding of digital media metrics (Impressions, CTR, etc.)
- Familiarity with offline metrics (GRPs, Reach, Frequency) is a plus
- Multitasking & Time management
- High attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
