About the Role

5-8 years of User Research Experience, with experience in a lead role for a large product area
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience designing and executing research using a variety of methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, diary studies).
Deep understanding of the strengths, limitations, and appropriate applications of different research methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence product strategy and decision-making.
Experience defining, measuring, and tracking product quality and user experience metrics is a strong plus.
